2009 General Manager of the Year Award

Hoss's General Manager of the Year Award was presented to Deb Lehman from Annville at the Third Annual Eaglefest held on April 17, 2010, at the Huntingdon Country Club.

Tough and fair; these are just two words to describe Deb Lehman. Deb has been a Manager of the Year finalist for the past two years, and it is easy to see why.

Although Deb is a great and emphatic people person who prides herself on having a positive impact on her employee’s lives, she sets high standards and expects these standards to be met or exceeded every day. This is why our Annville location is not only a leader in store performance and profitability but also boasts Hoss’s “Happiest” crew, as measured by our employee surveys.

In 2009, Deb led Annville to:

Deb describes her greatest Hoss’s achievement as the first time an employee thanked her for making a difference in her life. We think this speaks volumes about the character of Deb Lehman.

Deb and husband, Claude, have four children, Casey, Cole, Trey and Caroline.
