2010 General Manager of the Year Award

Hoss's General Manager of the Year Award was presented to Ann McKay from DuBois at the Fourth Annual Eaglefest held on April 9, 2011, at the Huntingdon Country Club.

Ann McKay is truly in a class all her own.  In 2008, she was named Manager of the Year.  Last year, again, she was recognized for outstanding performance by being named a Manager of the Year Finalist.  This year makes it three years running as Ann McKay is once again recognized as Manager of the Year for 2010. 

Every year, Ann makes it abundantly clear why we consider her a first class operator and a leader in the field of Hoss’pitality.  We all know about Ann’s attention to detail, dedication to service and her commitment to her management team and crew.  All these elements contribute to store that performs flawlessly day in and day out and maintains a reputation as one of the best run stores in Hossland.

In 2009, Ann and her crew:

• Achieved Operational Excellence in the 4th Quarter
• Achieved a Comp Store Sales increase greater than 1.25% for the 4th Quarter
• Exceeded the Web Surveys Goal for all 4 Quarters
• Won both the Golden Squeegee in the 1st Quarter and Golden Eagle Sanitation award in Quarters 1 and 2
• Received area award recognition in all areas including Back of the House, Front of the House, and Salad Prep
• Won the Summer Slam Award for Kitchen Excellence
• Was nominated to both the President’s and the Platinum Club

Ann has one daughter, Meghan, currently a student at Penn State University and previously one of our outstanding Eagle Employees.
