There is nothing more important to me than my family.
I am blessed with a wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters,
and many other relatives who give my 
life special meaning. Nancy and I have five children, all married, and
thirteen grandchildren.
We have always tried to foster a family atmosphere
at Hoss's. Our major company philosophies are based on our feelings
of the importance of family. We ask our managers to treat our employees
as if they are family members. We ask our employees to treat our guests
as if they are family. We close our restaurants on all major holidays
so that our employees can spend these special days with their own families.
When tragedies strike members of our Hoss Family, we are there for each
other. We feel each other's pain and we enjoy each other's triumphs
and accomplishments.
It is sometimes hard for outsiders to understand this.
I know in my heart, though, that this is the strength of the Hoss organization.
We have stood the test of time and are the envy of many other businesses.
As long as we can continue to pull together for the good of our Hoss
Family, we will continue to thrive. Thank you for making our family
your own. Thank you for all that you do to make the Hoss Family special,
day in and day out.
