My husband and I respectively take a night off once every couple weeks to enjoy being a couple away from the kids.  Our usual place of choice is Hoss's for a fabulous dinner in a great atmosphere that's perfect for our lifestyle.  In the mere five years that we've been together, we've frequented several of your restaurants on a regular basis, but tonight the service that we received was out of this world. 

From the very moment Shelly approached our table at the Lititz location on Rt. 501, she was eager to smile, very friendly, polite and helpful.  She was never intrusive but made sure we received everything we needed in a timely manor. 

I ordered a cleaver cut, but wanted it well done, and when I cut into it, it just wasn't quite what I hoped for.  She quickly took it back and they cut it in half and cooked it to perfection.  She was very sincere and polite, and I really appreciated having her wait on us.  I hope to dine at one of her tables again, because she truly was the best server either of us has ever experienced.  Thank you, Shelly, for your service, and thank you Hoss's for such great food!
