Hoss's Mailbag
Great News From Our Guests!

#20 - Murrysville

Dear Margie, Jessica, and Brittany:

What a happy 71st Birthday Party this was for all of us to remember!! How can one guy be so lucky to have a great group of women behind him to help plan and execute a great party.

All of our guests commented on the good food, excellent care, and organization provide at our favorite restaurant for parties, Hoss's of Murrysville. A great job was done by all in every respect.

We did have our laughs about the snowman you cleverly placed outside the window. The February 27 party for Marigene's 71st turned out to be a five-hour window between snow storms, and your little guy told us when we better get headed home. You can't imagine how important that turned out to be.

Thanks again for a memorable party.

#28 - Hummelstown

My wife and I take her father who is 89 to the Hummelstown Hoss's at least every other week for lunch and have for a recent number of  years. We were also there on "Father's Day" this year.  We always request "Michelle" as our server!

My wife, Marla, and I thought it was "past" time that I send a comment on the "excellent service" and "great hospitality" that our server Michelle provides each and every time we have been in there!  It is rare in this day and age to find someone that is so very conscientious on every visit.  You are lucky to have her as an employee and as a representative of your company.

#32 - Martinsburg

I wanted to comment on an employee that works at your Martinsburg location. Her name was Bernice. She was so helpful and was just such a pleasure to speak with.

I made an order over the phone and had very specific ways I wanted my salad done for my husband and I. We have specific needs. She was just so helpful and polite. I just wanted her to be recognized. You just don't find people like that these days!!!

#01 - Duncanville

Just a quick, special thanks to Hoss's in Duncansville. Our family celebrated our mother's 90th birthday this past Saturday.

The staff did an excellent job, especially the three wait staff. Seventy people can be tough sometimes, but it was handled great. Thanks again for job well done.

#17 - Erie

I would just like to tell you how appreciative my Mom and I are to your staff at the Hoss's Restaurant on West 26th Street (Route 20) in Erie, PA.  Everyone there is so kind and friendly.

I would like to make special mention of
Michelle.  I don't know if she's a hostess or an Assistant Manager, but she goes out of her way to ensure everyone's satisfaction.  Plus, my Mother has difficulty walking, and Michelle always makes her as comfortable as possible with seating as close to the salad/dessert bar as possible.  I've seen her take the same care with others who dine there.

I just want you to be aware of the outstanding employees you have in Erie and give special kudos to Michelle.

#23 - Carlisle

My mother, sister-in-law, and myself have a girls day out every week.   We used to try different restaurants weekly until we made our visit to Hoss's on the Carlisle Pike in Carlisle, PA.

We were greeted by our waitress, Jen, and she made us all feel welcome. Kept our drinks filled, constantly kept a check to see if we need anything and just stopped to chat.

Of all the Hoss's we ate at, the soups are the BEST at this Hoss's.    We were introduced to Bernie the cook.   What a wonderful job she does.

After going there for a couple of weeks, we don't like to go anywhere but there. They make us feel like family and always welcome. Just wanted  to let you know that you have an absolutely  wonderful crew, and they need a special recognition for the wonderful job they do.
