Hartford Life Insurance:

Life insurance is available to salaried, full-time, and part-time employees.  This is a voluntary benefit.  The premium is paid by the employee.  The employee selects the coverage that they want.  The cost is age banded.  Employees may become eligible within 31 days of date of hire or during open enrollment.
