Q:  How long have you been with the company?
A:  12 1/2 years

Q:  What is the most memorable moment of your career with Hoss's?
A:  When I was running a shift in State College and a guest got upset with a male server because he walked too close to their baby sitting in a carrier. This started a fight. They were punching each other and rolling around in the dining room. I was trying to pull them off each other. It took our cook and a regular guest to get them to stop fighting.

 

Q:  What was the last book you read?
A:  "A Night Without Armor" by Jewel Kilcher

Q:  What's your favorite movie?
A:  "Circle of Friends"
Q:  Favorite food?
A:  Stuffed Peppers

Q:  What's the funniest or most embarrassing thing that ever happened to you?
A:  My freshman year of college, I was taking a medical class and everyone had to give a presentation. I was given the male reproductive system. It was so embarrassing to stand up in front of 25 students and talk about male private parts!

Q:  What's your "pet peeve?"
A:   When things aren't organized.
Q:  What do you like to do outside of work?
A:  Spending time with my husband, Matt, family and friends; projects around the house; yoga; and scrapbooking

A:  Snowmen

A:  Babysitting for a family from church

A:  1995 Chevy Cavalier
Q:  Where is your hometown?
A:  Cairnbrook, PA, in Somerset County
Q:  What is your favorite song?
A:  "Could Not Ask For More" by Sara Evans
Q:  Do you have any pets?
A:  No

Q:  What is your favorite childhood memory?
A:  When my parents took my sister and I to California to visit my family and we went to the beach and to Disneyland.
