Q: What is the most memorable moment of your career
with Hoss's?
A: When I was running a shift in State College and a
guest got upset with a male server because he walked too close
to their baby sitting in a carrier. This started a fight. They
were punching each other and rolling around in the dining room.
I was trying to pull them off each other. It took our cook and
a regular guest to get them to stop fighting.

A: My freshman year of college, I was taking a medical
class and everyone had to give a presentation. I was given the
male reproductive system. It was so embarrassing to stand up in
front of 25 students and talk about male private parts!

A: Spending time with my husband, Matt, family and friends;
projects around the house; yoga; and scrapbooking |
