A: My "pet peeve" at work is when I ask a guest to cut into their steak to check for proper doneness, and instead they cut into their steak, then proceed to pop an enormous bite into their mouth, roll it from one side of their mouth to the other side while their eyebrows are drawn together in deep concentration. Finally, 19 1/2 minutes later, they proclaim the steak done to perfection. : ) |
